Word has it that the artist got fascinated by the old proverb ‘home is where you hang your hat’. It reminded him of his grandfather’s hat on the hook in the hallway and the paper hats he used to fold. The artist would love to know where your hat is from? How you define home? As from when does somewhere become truly yours? What does ‘taking possession of a place’ mean to you?
